In terms of Leadership, I don't necessarily expect the Captains to be selected so soon. Captains could be selected as the season goes
on by any coach/coaching group/board or combination of the three. Captains may not be necessary until we approach tournaments, especially considering we have 5 board members. I
feel that people may not necessarily feel ready to commit to being a
Leader so early in the season.
