Week 3 & NY Period

Please have your reply for week 2 sent in by Tomorrow. There will be another coming out on Boxing Day.

Season Fee

There will be a season fee for all Outbreak players trying-out for Nationals this season. This fee will be released soon and will be due by Australia Day.

Super League

Super league this year will still run under this schedule.

- 3 round robin games on the 16th, 23rd and 30th of January.
- 1 full day tournament (3 games) on the 2nd of February.
- 3 round robin games on the 6th, 13th and 20th of February.

Registration is now open and the draft will be held on Tuesday the 7th of January after training. This means that people need to get to registering if they want to play. Get everyone else to do this as well.
There is also now a section for you to list the dates you will likely be missing. Make sure to fill that out or to go back and edit if you are already registered.

POD sessions

You should be completing at least 2 POD sessions over the NY Period to maintain your level. Otherwise your work over the last month will be lost; there will be no catch-up week. Take one of the previous POD sessions in previous posts.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday should be relatively free for most people and so should Thursday/Friday next week. Ask around your local area or on facebook for anyone to join you, these sessions are not built to be completed by yourself.

Training Returns

Training is back on the 5th of January at Barratt Reserve, and 7th of January at Robe Tce. Super League Draw commences after training on the 7th.

POD Week 3

 There will be three POD's running this week. POD times have changed to avoid the heat.

Nik Dukovac is running a POD on Thursday at 7:30pm at Glenunga High School. Matt Heard is running a POD on Thursday at 7:00pm at Flinders Uni.
Sean Davis is running a POD on Thursday at 7.00pm at Ladywood Reserve, Modbury.

Club Name

On behalf of the board we would like to declare the new name of the
Mens elite Ultimate team as “Outbreak”

“Outbreak” as a name has a few meanings. The word itself means ‘a
sudden or explosive growth, increase or eruption. We feel this
emulates our current phase of growth and can continue in that fashion
for many years. It also has Frisbee related connotations around
breaking out or through a defense.

The board would like to thank the playing group for making this
process as fair as possible and feel excited about the possibilities
of this name moving forward. The next step for our club will be to
look into designs for a uniform.

Keep an ear out over the next few days for news on super league and club fee.
