Week 1

Hi guys,

There will be two POD's running this week.

Nik Dukovac is running a POD on Thursday at 7:45pm at Glenunga High School.

Matt Heard is running a POD on Thursday at 6:00pm at Flinders Uni.

The POD session is at the link below, please have a look through and watch the videos at the least so you are aware. Otherwise it could take much longer on the night.

Training is on Sunday 2pm at Barratt Reserve.
